Public Works Department
The Public Works Department is responsible for the daily upkeep of the streets and City parks, maintenance and removal of trees, maintenance and installation of street signs, maintenance of storm sewers, street sweeping and snow removal.
The City of Fairway does not have a leaf collection operation. As a maintenance operation, debris is removed from storm drains and storm sewer openings on a routine schedule to keep water flowing freely throughout the City’s streets and storm sewers. Property owners are required to perform their own yard clean up and are reminded not to rake leaves and/or other debris into the street.

The hours of operation for the Public Works Department are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, except may vary during inclement weather.
