Facility Rental Application

This application is for the City Hall Multipurpose Room, City Hall Council Chambers and the Pool House at the Fairway Pool. If you would like to host a Nerf, Gymnastics or Movie party please complete the Party Package Application (click here to view).

By submitting this form, you are agreeing to all City of Fairway Facility Rental Terms & Agreements (click here to view). If you have chosen to add-on a Temporary Alcohol Permit, you are agreeing to all Temporary Alcohol Permit Terms & Agreements (click here to view). 

Once your form has been submitted, a Fairway Parks & Recreation staff member will typically reach out to you within 24-48 hours to confirm your requested rental details (location, date, time, etc.) and payment. Facility rentals are not solidified until payment has been received. A portion of your fee will go towards the Parks & Recreation Enhancement Fund.
