City Hall Rental Options

The City Hall Multipurpose Room (MPR) and Council Chambers can be connected or separated via a retractable wall. These rooms can be rented together or separately. The caterer’s kitchen may be added to a City Hall Multipurpose room rental. Without tables, the City Hall Multipurpose room has a capacity of 93 people and the Council Chambers has a capacity of 80 people. Combing the two rooms together, without tables, allows for a capacity of 173. If tables are needed, the MPR can hold 11 round tables with 7 chairs at each table, and the Council Chambers can hold 7 round tables with 7 chairs at each table. Renters are responsible for the setup/teardown, unless the setup/teardown fee is selected.

Multipurpose Room
Hourly Fee: $80.00 (4 hours minimum)

***Beginning January 1, 2026, Hourly Fee increases to $90.00 for Fairway Residents and $100 for Non-Residents.

A portion of each rental fee will go towards the Parks & Recreation Enhancement Fund.******

 
 
 
Council Chambers
Hourly Fee: $60.00 (2 hours minimum)

***Beginning January 1, 2026, Hourly Fee increases to $70.00 for Fairway Residents and $80 for Non-Residents.

MPR & Council Chambers Combined
If renting both rooms together, they must be rented at the same start/end times for a minimum of 4 hours. 
 
Rental Add-Ons
Blacklight: $50 flat fee (rental must include MPR)
Caterer’s Kitchen: $25 flat fee (rental must include MPR)
Setup/Teardown: $50 flat fee
Projector: $25 flat fee (rental must include MPR)
