Sign Up for a New Street Tree

The Tree Board has worked to minimize the waiting time for a new tree, and in most cases a new tree will be planted within the year!

Each fall the Fairway Tree Board choses a diverse selection of trees from our Recommended Planting List, with the goal of offering 3-5 trees you can choose from to fit as many needs as possible.

Before officially adding you to the list we’ll verify that you have adequate space for a street tree. The Right-of-Way specialist will get back to you within a week to verify that you qualify and share more details about the planting program.

Observing each planting site in advance provides valuable insight that the Tree Board will consider when selecting the tree choices.

A few notes:

Please sign up before October 1^st to be included for the current year’s plantings, otherwise you may be added to the following years list.

While we strive to provide a tree the same year, it is not guaranteed. If the number of sign-ups increase significantly, such as years with heavy damaging storms, it may cause delays.

In some cases, replacing a recently lost tree may take priority over adding a new, 2^nd tree.
