Lunch Hour Fitness

The classes below are part of our “Lunch Hour Fitness” campaign, a series of midday workouts designed to help participants get ready for the 2026 pool season while fitting exercise into a busy schedule.

 

Pilates/Sculpt Class – Strengthen, tone, and recharge during your lunch break with our Pilates/Sculpt Class at Fairway City Hall! This low-impact yet highly effective workout blends Pilates-inspired movements with targeted strength exercises to improve core stability, flexibility, posture, and overall muscle tone. Led by fitness instructor Chelsea Garcia, this 45-minute class focuses on controlled movements that sculpt and strengthen the body while promoting balance and mobility. It’s a great option for participants of all fitness levels looking to build strength and improve overall wellness in a supportive and energizing environment.

Fairway Parks & Recreation is excited to welcome Chelsea Garcia as a new fitness instructor! Chelsea is passionate about helping people move in a way that feels good for their bodies. She has a Bachelor’s and Master's degree in Exercise Science from Wichita State University. Chelsea holds certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a Certified Exercise Physiologist, and is comprehensively certified in Pilates (Mat, Reformer, Apparatus) as well as yoga.
