Party Package Application

This application is for Party Packages only (food & staff automatically come with these packages, pricing is based on amount of participants, etc.). If you would like to host a Nerf, Gymnastics or Movie party, reception or gathering where you bring your own food and the pricing is based on the amount of time you would be renting our facility, please complete the Facility Rental Application (click here to view). 

By submitting this form, you are agreeing to all Facility Rental Terms & Agreements (click here to view). If you have chosen to add-on a Temporary Alcohol Permit, you are agreeing to all Temporary Alcohol Permit Terms & Agreements (click here to view).

Once your form has been submitted, a Fairway Parks & Recreation staff member will typically reach out to you within 24-48 hours to confirm your requested rental details (location, date, time, etc.) and payment. Facility rentals are not solidified until payment has been received.
