Party Package Application

This application is for Nerf, Gymnastics or Movie Party Packages only. If you would like to rent one of our facilities for another use, please complete the Facility Rental Application (click here to view). 

By submitting this form, you are agreeing to all Facility Rental Terms & Agreements (click here to view). If you have chosen to add-on a Temporary Alcohol Permit, you are agreeing to all Temporary Alcohol Permit Terms & Agreements (click here to view).

Once your form has been submitted, a Fairway Parks & Recreation staff member will typically reach out to you within 24-48 hours to confirm your requested rental details (location, date, time, etc.) and payment. Facility rentals are not solidified until payment has been received. A portion of your fee will go towards the Parks & Recreation Enhancement Fund.
