Fairway Pool - Private Rental

Private pool rentals are offered on Friday and Saturday evenings from June 13 through August 10. Renters will have access to the pool, deck, shower and restroom facilities from 7:45-9:00pm. Rental parties will not be allowed early entry or late exit. The Snack Bar and Pool House can be added for an additional fee. Renters are welcome to bring in food and beverages, except for alcohol. No food/beverage glass containers will be allowed in the facility. Renters are expected to clean up and spills and throw away their trash. All regular pool rules will be enforced. Private pool rentals are limited to 100 guests, which includes non-swimmers as well (anyone that enters the facility will be counted). Each additional guest over 100 will be charged a $6.00 entry fee. No more than 150 guests will be allowed for any private pool rental.

 

Private Pool Rental Fee:

$600 for Fairway Residents or Fairway Pool Members

$650 for Non-Residents, Non-Fairway Pool Members

 

Private Pool Rental Add-ons:

$40 - Pool House access during rental

$25 - Snack Bar will remain open from 7:45-8:45pm during rental (regular rates apply for purchases)

$6.00 per person after the first 100 guests, with a max of 150 total guests allowed

Fairway Parks & Recreation staff will reach out to you within 5 days to confirm availability and initiate the booking process. Until full payment has been received, rentals are not confirmed.
