Gymnastics Party at Fairway City Hall

Fairway City Hall (5240 Belinder Rd) transforms into a fun and engaging Gymnastics Room, complete with a 1,050-square-foot gymnastics mat and a variety of age-appropriate equipment! With the adjacent party room opening directly into the play space, this is the perfect location for your young gymnast to explore and play while adults have a chance to relax and socialize.

The equipment is best suited for children ages 5 and under, and we recommend groups of 25 or fewer. Please see the Gymnastics Party Package details below.

A portion of the rental fee will go towards the Parks & Recreation Enhancement Fund.

Let us handle everything—from setup to cleanup—so you can sit back and enjoy the celebration! Our Gymnastics Party Package provides a one-of-a-kind, hassle-free experience for you and your child. This is an “open play” party with no formal gymnastics instruction.

Duration: 1.5 hours  

Fee: $150 Non-refundable deposit due at booking (covers first 10 participants)

  • Food/Drink Included: $15 per additional participant
  • No Food/Drink Included: $10 per additional participant

 

Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of $150 due at the time of booking (equal to the price for 10 children). The remaining balance for additional children is due at noon on the Thursday before the party. 

If the Food/Drink included option is selected, each child receives:

  • 1 slice of pizza
  • 1 bag of chips
  • 1 sports drink
  • 1 frozen treat

We provide plates, napkins, utensils, and all necessary supplies. Renters may bring additional food/drink for guests.

If the No Food/Drink option is selected, renters may bring their own bring food/drink for guests, as well as plates, utensils, etc.

Optional Add-Ons

  • Bounce House – $150
    Provided by InflateKC.
  • Extra 30 Minutes – $70
  • Temporary Alcohol Permit - $80 for Fairway Residents, $100 for Non-Residents

    A temporoary alcohol permit must be purchased if alcoholic beverages will be present.

  • Additional Pizzas (Food/Drink Option Only) – $20 each
    Topping options: cheese, pepperoni, or sausage
