Gymnastics Party Options

The Multipurpose Room (MPR) at Fairway City Hall (5240 Belinder Rd) turns into a Gymnastics Room with a 1,050 square foot gymnastic mat and various equipment! With the adjacent party room opening up to the Gymnastics Room, this is the perfect location for your young gymnast to play while parents have a chance to chat. Recommended group sizes are 25 or less and the equipment is suited for children 5 and under. Please see below for the two Gymnastics Party options.

 

Gymnastics Party Package option

The Party Package option allows parents to sit back and relax while we give your child a one-of-a-kind party they won't forget! From setup to cleanup, and everything in between, we have you covered!

  • 1.5 hours
  • $15 per participant (min. of 10)
    • *A non-refundable deposit covering the minimum amount of participants is due at booking. The balance due for additional guests is to be paid the last business day before the party.
  • Each participant receives:
    • 1 piece of pizza
    • 1 bag of chips
    • 1 Gatorade
    • 1 ice cream treat
  • We supply utensils, plates, napkins, etc.
  • Staff will set up the facility, prep/distribute food, play the movie and clean afterwards
  • Gymnastics Party Package add-ons:
    • Bounce House ($150) - Supplied by InflateKC
    • Extra 30 minutes ($70)
    • Extra pizzas ($20)

 

 

Gymnastics Facility Rental

  • 2 hours
  • $305 flat fee
  • Renter can bring any food or drink they would like
    • Temporary Alcohol Permits must be purchased to bring alcohol for attending adults
  • Renter supplies all utensils, plates, napkins, etc. (if needed)
  • The facility will be set up for your rental, Renter must return the facility to pre-party condition
  • Gymnastics Party Facility Rental add-ons:
    • Bounce House ($150) - supplied by InflateKC
    • Extra 30 minutes ($70)
    • Rental Facilitator for 2 hours minimum ($100)
    • Kitchen access ($25)
