Movie Parties

The Multipurpose Room (MPR) at City Hall has been equipped with a new laser projector and 16' x 10' screen, perfect for spacing out your movie nights with family and friends! We've got comfy gymnastics flooring for you to sit or lay on for the show! Did we mention that you can rent our popcorn machine to give it the true movie theatre experience? You can bring a DVD to play or a device to stream from (HDMI input required).  Please see below for the two Movie Party options. 

Movie Party Package option

  • 90 minutes
  • $15 per participant (min. of 10)
  • Each participant receives:
    • 1 piece of pizza
    • 1 bag of chips
    • 1 Gatorade
    • 1 ice cream treat
  • We supply utensils, plates, napkins, etc.
  • Staff will set up the facility, prep/distribute food, play the movie and clean afterwards
  • Movie Party Package add-ons:
    • Extra 30 minutes ($70)
    • Popcorn for all guests ($25)
    • Movie Fee ($20) - we would supply the movie you would like to watch (subject to availability)

Movie Party Facility Rental option

  • 2 hours
  • $305 flat fee
  • Renter can bring any food or drink they would like
    • Temporary Alcohol Permits must be purchased to bring alcohol for attending adults
      • $80 for Fairway Residents, $100 for Non-Residents
  • Renter supplies all utensils, plates, napkins, etc. (if needed)
  • The facility will be set up for your rental, Renter must return the facility to pre-party condition
  • Movie Party Facility Rental add-ons:
    • Extra 30 minutes ($70)
    • Rental Facilitator ($100)
    • Kitchen access ($25)
    • Popcorn for all guests ($25)
    • Movie Fee ($20) - we would supply the movie you would like to watch (subject to availability)
      • Only available if Rental Facilitator is added
