Pool Pavilion

Pool Pavilion Rentals *NEW IN 2026*

The new Pool Pavilion is an open-air, covered pavilion located at the Fairway Pool. It features six picnic tables and ceiling fans, making it an ideal space for casual gatherings, birthday parties, and group meetups. The pavilion sits adjacent to the new synthetic turf field, providing the perfect setting for soaking up the sun, lawn games, or free play before or after pool time.

Availability During Normal Pool Open Hours

The Pool Pavilion is available for rental during the following times:

Monday - Friday: 5:00–7:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 12:00–2:00pm, 2:30–4:30pm, 5:00–7:00pm

Renters may reserve back-to-back time slots for longer events on Saturdays & Sundays. A 30-minute buffer between time slots is automatically added at no additional charge.

Pool Pavilion Rental Fees for minimum 2 hour rental

$80 – Fairway residents & current pool members

$100 – Non-residents & non-members

A portion of each rental fee supports the Parks & Recreation Enhancement Fund.

Pool Entry Fees Rental fees do not include pool admission for the renter or guests. All guests ages 3 and older, including non-swimmers, must pay the regular daily entry fee: $6 for Fairway residents and $10 for Non-residents

If renters would like to pre-pay for their guests, please contact Brice Soeken (bsoeken@fairwaykansas.org) at least 72 hours (3 days) before your rental with your final headcount. The pre-payment rate is $6.00 per person (no residency restriction). All guests, even those not swimming, will require payment. No refunds will be given. On the day of your rental during normal open hours, the renter must pick up pre-payment vouchers at the pool front desk. The renter will distribute vouchers to their arriving guests for entry to the pool.

Weather Policy

As an open-air facility, Pool Pavilion rentals are weather dependent. If the pool closes due to inclement weather before your rental begins, staff will work with the renter to coordinate a rescheduled date.
